The Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Board is the main decision making body for all of the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú, including the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú’s commercial activities, which are undertaken through commercial subsidiaries.

The Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Commercial Board oversees the delivery of the Corporation’s commercial ambitions. It reports to the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Board on the delivery of Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Studios’ objectives, in line with the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú’s overall commercial strategy, and on Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Studioworks.

The Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Commercial Board is chaired by Sir Damon Buffini, a non-executive member of the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Board, and comprises a majority of six non-executive members alongside three executives.

Each of the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú’s commercial subsidiaries has an executive committee, which is responsible for the operational management of that subsidiarity.
