The Digital Leadership Group was established in 2020 as a formal subcommittee of the Executive Committee. In December 2022 the Executive Committee agreed to reshape the DLG to support an accelerated product roadmap and scaling of digital-first working practices across the 麻豆官网首页入口, in support of the Value for All strategy.
The DLG focusses on progress towards execution of pan-麻豆官网首页入口 Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and annual targets, and implementation and co-ordination of activities related to digital maturity. The committee meets each month.
