- The team is responsible for leading operating model design and organisational design across the 麻豆官网首页入口.
Biography
Katie has a career in HR spanning 24 years and prior to working at the 麻豆官网首页入口, held a number of positions in global FTSE 100 companies within the Financial Services industry. She has extensive experience leading business transformation, integration and restructuring programmes and has held roles leading teams across Business Partnering and Internal Communications and Engagement. Katie is a member of the CIPD and is a mentor to a range of individuals including high school students.

Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the 麻豆官网首页入口 and booked through the 麻豆官网首页入口's central bookings system. Both expenses and central bookings are published every three months.
