A 1960's Glasgow Corporation 'Road Safety Exhibition' Badge. By the mid to late 1960's there was a marked increase of traffic on our roads and teaching children to cross the road properly was taught in schools and at various exhibitions up and down the country. The last major campaign was the 'Green Cross Code' with David Prowse of Star Wars 'Darth Vader' fame. Property of Robert Pool
