Before making his final and 'the most difficult decision he has made yet in this boardroom,' Kate Walsh and Yasmina Siadatan have to complete the final challenge.
They have threeÌýdays to create a new brand of chocolates, with an eye-catching marketing campaign that they will present to over 100 industry experts and Sir Alan.
The Task
Fired candidates come back to help the finalists. Yasmina picked James, Philip, Lorraine and Howard and Kate chose Ben, Debra, Kimberly and Rocky for her team. Some of the candidates haven't changed their ways. Ben tries to go down the sex sells route, Kimberly takes to the director's chair again and Philip is still talking about 'Pants Man'.
Yasmina initially decided to target the male market but after discovering women are the main lovers of chocolate she switched her idea to Cocoa Electric - chocolates made to shock.
Kate targeted the couples market and created a three-tier box, with a tray of romantic-tasting chocolates 'for him, for her and one to share.' Their initial brand name 'Intimate' reminded Debra of feminine products, so was changed to Choc d'Amour.

The Bankside presentations
Unflappable Kate delivered a clear and succinct pitch. Her chocolates were delicious, but her price-tag at £13 rang alarm bells for Sir Alan and the chocolate experts.
Yasmina took to the stage with her electric presentation, opened by Philip and his dancers. The concept impressed, but there were concerns that no one would come back for second helpings of her cheap £6 chocolates.
In the Boardroom
Sir Alan has to make his decision. Asking Kate, 'what's your goal in life?' she replied that she really wants to work for a company where she can become a director with a large team beneath her.
Yasmina spoke up about her 'creativity and spark.' 'I've got so much more to learn than just having a restaurant.' Concerned that he would be depriving Yasmina of the chance to be a self-made business-woman he asks, 'will you be resentful of me?'
Concerned that Kate's strengths are only in 'sales and presentation', Sir Alan makes his judgement.Ìý Turning to Yasmina, he delivers the infamous words, 'You're hired!' Thrilled, Yasmina announces, 'I'll be the best apprentice you've ever had.'
