Although denim can be so versatile I was bored of the blue denim, I found a pink denim jacket of my mums from 20 years ago which was perfect, the colour is very summery. This then helped me to develop ideas, using butterflies as embellishments to carry on the funky summer theme. Old brooches and patches were added and spray paint was used on the design saying 'love life'.
