My inspiration actually came from a Barbie book which my mum had at home showing a variety of different Barbie's over the years. Each one had a different style of costume which they were wearing. I saw one which included patchwork and then another one including a lot of ribbon. I merged the two ideas together and came up with a dress made from denim, different materials to make the patchwork and ribbon. I love my adorable eco party dress.
