Title: Elegante

I researched Mexico's heritage, culture. art and food and was quite amazed to see how rich a culture Mexico has. However what amazed me the most is Mexico's music and dance. That's where I got my inspiration from. I created a dress made out of poplin for a flamenco dancer with three trimmed cape cut ruffles. I used red and black because I think it's a sexy combination and used often in Matthew Williamson's creations. I wanted to create something sexy and classy which for me are Matthew Williamson's designs and Mexico and therefore my design is called Elegante.
