I have always been fascinated by history and in particular history of costume, so instinctively I was drawn to looking at Mexico's past and drew inspiration from the Inca and Maya civilisation. Their love of gold and the amazing temples they built in honour of the Sun Gods, along with Mexican border designs combined together, greatly influenced the design of my outfit, that could be dressed up for nightwear to project a glamorous and sophisticated image, or simply accessorised for a more casual yet elegant daywear look.
