I got my inspiration from the casual style of dress that Mexican women wear during the hot day, I therefore chose to design a cool, breathable dress that typical Mexican women could wear. It would include floral embroidery on the front and back, to create detail and interest to the dress and these floral designs are based on Mexican dresses that i have reasearched. The bands around the neckline and the hips is to draw attention the ladies figure and I have included vibrant leggings to show another way of wearing the dress for a different occasion, I have designed the leggings with these bright colours, due to gaining inspiration from mexican fastivals and the bright colours used in the celebrations.
