You may think it's all a question of glass half-full, glass half-empty, but you'd be wrong. Carrbridge residents believe the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú is habitually forecasting rain for the area, and failing to recognise the micro-climate there.
