Instead the High Court has decided that the Tribunal had wrongly relied on a parliamentary report, in conflict with the 1689 Bill of Rights. It looks like the case will now have to be heard again by the Tribunal. The wheels of justice are grinding at their normal speed.

Martin - I have recently had to involve the Information Commissioner for the first time. This follows a relatively straight forward request of North Wales Police regarding bonus payments for some officers. Finally after 64 days of waiting and several emails I made a complaint to the Commissioner. It seems that North Wales Police are selective to whose FOI request they answer depending if you are an ex officer or not.
