It certainly gives a good idea of European historical links. Though some of those two letter country codes have defeated me, but then I did not watch Eurovision - I was at a live concert.

Well, Rolf, I think Charles Hatton could well be right. Ah, Eurovision. What a way to waste three hours! In fact, when Sir Tel finally retires from presenting/commentating on it, I propose Eddie take over! I think he'd be ideal for the task :-)

I assume it is an analysis of Eurovision voting. Or am I just too sad a person?

If it is Eurovision, I know we can count on you for some real analysis. Is there any evidence of political voting, or is it just much more likely that people in, say, Georgia like the sort of music people in, say, Ukraine like, rather than the sort of music people in the UK like.

Not, of course, that there is any evidence whatsoever that anyone in the UK actually liked our Eurovision entry this year.

I'm a little concerned about the blue one. Could be a coded message.

DK (Donna Karan, that's easy, but -) LA (I thought it was NY) and then Li?

BigSis (15) I did not realise that you played snooker. Balkan Bloc-ers are those pills that the pro-snooker players use so that they do not get too excited before potting the pink. Ooops! I forgot that RJDstoppit was back in town. Welcome back, RJD.

RJD, it's far too early in the evening to be reading about sexual spores, thank you.

Listening to Eric's interview (and it's fun) I idly wonder whether Ireland is breathing many sighs of relief at not having to win any more.

Meanwhile please don't let the UK win. We've got enough trouble funding the sddoing (anag) Olympics and the grants being denied to charities.

I suppose PM's done a piece on this? If not, please do.
