Tonight we're going to look at one of the factors often blamed for youth crime - single parenthood. 1 in 4 British families is now headed by a single parent - usually a mother; 30 years ago that figure was less than 1 in 10. But are the children of single parents any more likely to turn to crime than kids from two parent homes? Michael Buchanan reports:
