Nigel Wrench writes: "One of a series of huge images in a timely new show, opening this evening in one of the commercial art galleries in Mayfair, London. Photographed in Mr Obama's future office in the White House, obviously. Obviously?

The artist has had retrospectives at the Museum of Modern Art, New York and at the Serpentine, London.

My photograph of him this morning will be exhibited nowhere but here. A film crew was about to interview him for a short film, commissioned by Tate, the gallery people.

What is real after all? (The answer live on PM, technology permitting, this evening)."
