The Happy Gang return with tv programmes for 5-7 year-olds. What? Where? When? Why? is now on iPlayer with Blooming Weather to view online or download.

Spatz finds he has to make a tv programme about the weather. Once the excitement has worn off he worries what to put in his programme. Nicky gives him an idea as he watches her making ice lollies and Mr P promises to help him find out how the garden is affected by different types of weather. The big expert on weather of course is Heather the Weather who explains various questions from children all over the country.
