Adebayor's started so well for Man City
Victoria Derbyshire | 08:55 UK time, Thursday, 3 September 2009
After an 8 year legal battle, a fathers' rights campaigner has finally won what he wanted: a chance to live with his own daughter. You may know Fathers4Justice member Jonathan Stanesby. The name probably doesn't ring a bell - but he's the man who last summer spent , he's the man who back in 2004 handcuffed himself to the then Children's Minister Margaret Hodge. He was given a 2 month prison sentence for the roof stunt and the registered childminder shared a cell in Wormwood Scrubs jail with a drug-smuggler and a man convicted of a stabbing.
Today we'll talk to him about the last 8 years and ask whether the direct action stunts helped or hindered his campaign.
