'Toxic landfill fears'
That's the term being used in the to the dust Castle Cement wants to dump in landfill sites on its land at Padeswood, near Buckley. The dust is a by-product of the burning process. The Leader says the company's appeal against Flintshire Council's refusal to grant it permission takes place on August 30 at the Penyffordd Youth and Community Centre, Hawarden Road, Penyffordd.
