1,000 new jobs and 40 new stores

I was reading in that 40+ new stores and more than 1,000 jobs are to be created by the opening of the sprawling new retail development on Eagles Meadow.
Among the new stores will be Debenham's, plus a relocated M&S - twice the size of the current store in town - a bowling alley and possible relocation of the Odeon Cinema.
It's funny, people still knock the town - just check out the latest rants in our dedicated Wrexham mini site - but I reckon in the 10 years I have been working in Wrexham, it has only got better and better. What do you reckon?
