Not always according to locals who've posted with concerns about developments in Wrexham and Rhyl.

As well as reaction on the Rhyl views page to the £3.5m Prom development, Jo & Steve are concerned about new plans to build on what is known locally as 'Little Venice'.

Meanwhile, mixed comments are starting to come in about the £95m development of Wrexham's Eagle's Meadow.

Peter has concerns: "I do worry that all these new developments on the fringes of the town keep pulling the centre in different directions. The Eagles Meadow development is certainly exciting, but what will be the effect on the existing centre of Wrexham?"
