Alan is 74 and cycles 200 miles a week. He met his wife cycling, he says it was the tartan shorts that caught his eye! Alan has made many friends through cycling over the years, many of which he is still in touch with today. Now Alan works to help other people enjoy cycling like he has, teaching children and older people how to ride a bike.
