Jan and David want to use their teaching skills and experience in the service of a developing African country.

David has recently retired as a chemistry teacher; Jan used to be a specialist in language, literacy and dyslexia, and was also a teacher trainer in Cornwall.

Together they will be based in a teacher training college, in a town called Morogoro, as Science Adviser and English Adviser respectively.

They will live in the community and work with local colleagues to train good teachers, to deliver high quality education in Tanzanian schools.
