tiny
Stoneleigh Park played host to the Town and Country Festival for three days over the bank holiday.

From craft stalls and food demonstrations, through to motor displays and a fun fair there was something for all of the family.

Early indications also suggest that a world record may have been broken too!

The Grand Ring

The Grand Ring played host to many spectacular displays.

Along with traditional crowd favourites like the White Helmets, there was also a Wheelie Fire Truck and the royal artillery parachute team who dropped in every day.

Animals showing-off

There was plenty for animal lovers too with many displays taking place in the Equine Arena. Birds of Prey caused a stir in the Countryside Arena along with the dog agility shows.

麻豆官网首页入口 WM鈥檚 Bob Brolly was there on the Monday broadcasting to the region and entertaining his fans who turned up to see him.

Something for all the family
The centre was crammed full of stalls that sold everything from a new kitchen mop and clothes to beautifully crafted wooden ornaments and ceramics - shop-a-holics were in heaven!

There were kids' activity zones, with playgrounds, bouncy castles and a fun fair offering the best in distraction attractions.

For those brave enough there was also a catapult that fired people over a hundred feet in the air!

Those wanting something a lot quieter could pick up tips on how to grow Bonsai trees.

A new world record?
The festival claimed an unofficial world record on the middle Sunday when over 1300 people all took part in a giant picnic from 12.30 that day.

Annette Gann, Picnic organiser said: "We're delighted at the response we
received and the support of all involved.听

"It was a great day, the
atmosphere was fantastic, and there's a good chance that we'll bring the
official record to Stoneleigh Park.

"Currently the Record for the World's
biggest picnic is held in Sussex for 1059 people. We're now waiting for the
Guinness Book of Records to contact Festival organisers and confirm the
claim."

Are you a world beater?

Motors and engines
The Imagineering Zone proved one of the most popular places to visit over the weekend.

Trevor Bayliss, and obligatory pipe, was also on hand to offer tips to wannabe inventors too.

Miniature Railway

License to drive

For motoring enthusiasts James Bond鈥檚 famous Jaguar from the film Die Another Day had been parked up and had many clamouring to get inside.

There were many car clubs displaying their cherished vehicles.

And of course, many rounded-off their day at the festival with a trip on the much loved miniature railway.
