The Eric Hollies stand has undergone a 拢2 million refurbishment for this season, which has seen the addition of 1,300 seats, improved facilities - and a roof!
The present Warwickshire County Cricket Club was formed in 1882 under the guidance of Birmingham teacher William Ansell.
Edgbaston was opened in 1886 with a showpiece match against an MCC side.

The ground hosted its first Test match in 1902 when England played Australia.
In 1997 the club ground in Edgbaston hosted the first ever floodlit evening game in England.
There are still floodlit games held now, but they are too spooky for us to show on the webcams!
