Archer's Addicts 10 - 15th Feb

  With Valentine’s Day on the horizon, love is in the Ambridge air this week, but of course the course of true love never did run smooth...
  
  There is no doubt that Cupid hit the bull’s-eye after his pint of Shires at the pub, but love that began at The Bull is now on the move, as lovebirds Rhys and Fallon get cosy in their love nest. Meanwhile, over at The Dower House, could Cupid have recalibrated his bow? Lilian and Matt’s relationship seems to be on the mend, but we wonder for how long... Lilian wishes she were as free as a bird, caught as she is between the love of two men. Let’s just hope the ‘little birdies’ in Ambridge keep schtum and don’t kiss and tell - otherwise Matt might get her wings clipped!

  They say when poverty comes in at the door love flies out the window, and it’s true that romance is tricky when you live with your parents. Still, Ed and Emma musn’t grumble – love costs nothing after all, and Emma is loving her new friendship with fellow yummy-mummy Helen (which also costs her nothing as Helen seems happy to pay!). As usual there’s no love lost between Ed and Will who are supposed to be on their best behaviour on Sunday, but will the brothers kiss and make up for the sake of their mother? There’s petulance aplenty as Pip perpetuates her love-hate relationship with the parents, fuelling the feud with more self-centred Spencer-time. Brenda goes dewy-eyed this week, but at baby Bethany rather than her boyfriend, who she’s beginning to suspect loves his work more than he loves her. Change is in the air for Ifty; Jazzer’s still lovelorn; and romance falls flat (as a pancake) between Chris and Alice. We love it all… It’s The Archers!
