What about the Parish Council? - Under the govts new White paper, there are proposals to abolish parish councils.. shouldn't there be a little debate??
Bordering on Birmingham, there is currently a very loud debate running in the region on the balance between urban/rural agends. It would be great to see this reflected in some way and perhaps even invite a leading regional politician in as a silent guest..
