Remind me: who in Ambridge know of Brian and Siobhan's love child? Apart from Jenny, David and Ruth, that is. Do Adam and Debby know? Did Jennifer tell Peggy and Lillian?
Debbie and Adam know. Peggy (but not Jack) knows. Shula and Alistair know. Lizzie and Nigel know. Ex residents Tim and Janet Fisher/Hathaway know. Lilian wasn't around at the time and doesn't know (unless Jenny has told her subsequently). Tim's solicitor (for his divorce) knows.
Shula : told by Janet
Alistair : told by Tim
Peggy : told by Jennifer
Jack : told by Peggy
Elizabeth : told by Siobhán
Nigel :told by Lizzie
Adam : told by Debbie
David and Ruth : told by Brian
Debbie : guessed because of The Hankie
Of course, all the villagers know that Ruairi wasn't Tim's child. They mostly don't know about Brian.

I bet Adam's told Ian.
If Jenny's told Lillian then she will have told Matt and quite likely Tony (and thus Pat).

Shula and Alistair know (through Janet and Tim respectively)
Adam and Debbie know (she found out before Jenny then later told Adam), but we don't think Kate or Alice do
Peggy knows (she wanted to horsewhip him) but Lilian doesn't. Jenny voiced concerns about Lilian's affair with a married man (Matt) but not why she understood the wife's point of view
I wonder if they are ever going to tell Alice she has (another) half-brother.

In that case, if all those people know, then everyone in the village must know by now.

Kate doesn't actually know, but sort of guessed.

Come to think of it - we all know. I've told loads of people.
"Remind me: who in Ambridge know of Brian and Siobhan's love child?" siad the first message.
Since you live there, jenny (and really, I'm far more worried about poor Kenton), you will be able to give us all kinds of gen: right, firstly did you have to sign the official secrets Act? And would a pound or so of Tom Archer Sausages (Christmas Pudding Variety) help you to break your promise?

Shula, David and Elizabeth know, but not Kenton.
Adam Debbie and Kate* know, but not Alice.
Tony and Pat don't have a clue.
Matt doesn't know the full story, but saw Brian and Siobhán out together once, so knows something went on.
* Kate was told by telephone after it was revealed (although a lot of people don't remember). She felt vindicated as she had at one point suspected, but Lucas had persuaded her otherwise...

Didn't Eddy notice Brian re-buying Shove's stolen vase from his car boot sale and suspect there was something going on between them?
Shove deliberately told Linda the baby wasn't TIm's, with the intention that the message would get about the village. So Eddy may well have a good idea about the fatherhood
