I assume he is supposed to uphold the "no sex before marriage" rule?
When are they getting married? (joint wedding - half the cost - with adam & ian? oooooo noorrr, TVOA would do it in a church and no cost!!!!)
Do they live together?
Have they done IT? (we all asked whether Ruth and Sam had done IT?)

Usha lives at Blossom Hill Cottage. Alone.
Alan and Amy Franks live in a house that was rented (or was it? did it belong to the Church?) some time ago when the Darrington Rectory/Vicarage/Cottage had subsidence or woodworm or damp. They were meant to be temporarily based in Ambridge, as he has 4 villages to deal with.
Keri assures us they have a full sexual relationship.

The church sold the orginal house (vicarage?) and now they're renting it and the arrangement is now permanent, isn't it? (i.e. no move back to Darrington is intended)

Yes - it is permanent. Think the Darrington Vicarage was sold for flats (Matt, Steven Chalkman?). The Ambridge Vicarage is a modern bungalow, and was until recently the Doctors Surgery
