Who was the last occupant of Rickyard? Someone please jog my memory.
There was a conversation between David and Ruth on one of this week's episodes about the idea of renting out Rickyard, and David said something like "It's been empty since, errr..." implying that there was an awkwardness to it.
Is it where Greg and Helen lived?
thanks

It was Sam who last lived there. Hence the awkwardness. I guess he didnt want to say 'it's been empty since you boyfriend ran off and left us in the lurch'!

Oh, yes. Strangely my subconscious had wiped that entire grim saga from my memory.
Thanks for answering my question, but not for inadvertently reminding me of the whole saga!
cheers

I had forgotten that, too. Or perhaps never really noticed. The last occupants I remmeber were the Tuckers, when Mike was dairy manager at Brookfield, going back a few years. Didn't Tony Archer live there as a very young man even before the Tuckers, and before I started listening (1873)?

There is a thread speculating on what Emma, to whom Ruth has typically delegated the job, will find there when she cleans it out!
