can anyone tell me why the listen again option for tonight is playing last thursdays episode? I have tried all the variations of listening again and they are all the same
It's working now if you hit the 'Thursday' button.
It seems OK now
Indeed. Can anyone explain to me why, try as I might, I can't Listen Again to tonight's (Friday's) episode? All it can offer me is last night (Thursday's) ep. Does one have to wait 24 hours?
I have tried the tips about clicking on Thursday's button, but to no avail. All links lead to Thursdays episode, and I have refreshed the screen of course. If anyone has succeeded in listeing again to Friday 11th May can they post the method here? Or better still can the webmaster team fix the error?
Yes.
Catch-up <------
Listen to previous episode
Friday
It says Friday 4th of May, but IS yesterday's episode, wrongly dated.
Thanks Rosie - I was about to give up in dispair!
E
I was trying to listen and believed the on screen wrong date.
Really annoying and incompetent of the BEEB
Re this Listen Again biz...Still not had an explanation from anyone to clarify why when I come home a bit late and have missed The Archers an Front Row by a couple of hours, and indeed this morning's Woman's Hour, why I can't hear them the same night? Is there a 24hr waiting period? All answers gratefully received. I'm new to all this stuff....

They normally go up quite quickly, TufTanya, but there is red print on the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú Radio Player at the moment saying "We regret that some programmes are unavailable. We are working to restore normal service." Which rather suggests there are LA problems generally at the moment. I noticed yesterday, when I wanted to listen to a particular clip of the Toady programme, that there were only 30 minute-gobbits available, rather than their usual shorter clips.

Yesterday's Archers is up - but again you have to pick Tuesday rather than latest episode and it has last week's date on the Radio Player. you'll know it's right if you here Mark Lawson getting lost in fog at the start
Indeed, it's been a test of endurance to LA later in the evening recently. I often miss the 7.02 slot and am unable to listen at 2pm.
Somedays latest episode is correct but has the wrong date label. The same goes for the list of days, it may still say 10th May but is actually 17th May.
Persevere fellow MBers. Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú please sort the glitches out soon!
I am currently abroad and with a 5 hour time difference I always use the Listen again. I have been unable to listen to Today, Womans Hour and the Archers all week. I hope this is a temporary glitch but it seems to be taking a long time to sort out. Before anyone complains, I do pay my licence fee in the UK so I don't feel I am getting something for nothing
Just tried listening to last night's (Sunday) episode by clicking 'listen to latest episode' and was immediately taken to Wednesday 16th May episode. However, I then clicked on Sunday when it asked which day I wanted to listen to, and managed to hear last night's episode that way.
Sorry about these problems, which have now been fixed.
er we havent had a licence fee for radio for a good few years now so no need to not feel guilty
