Can anyone tell me how postings/messages get 'disappeared' from the 'Your discussions' space? Mine are all OK, but I've noticed in a couple of cases when I've wanted to look at other people's postings, they've had a whole list, which has gone the next time I look. Maybe just their last posting is there or, in one case 'this person has posted no messages yet' - when in fact they've posted loads. Is this something an individual poster can choose to do?

    Bartleby's front fetlocks,

some of us delete our unused threads. In my case it's because my elderly pooter doesn't seem to like more than about a page of discussions and takes ages to load up if I let things get out of hand.

    You can delete by going

    here.

If you can't see something that says My Space on the left side then you need to log out and back in again.

Then your discussion list will be in My Space, if you click on the x at the left of a thread it unsubscribes you.

    maman

Thank you for explaining, maman. I'm glad I don't want to do that maneouvre, as it seems a bit complicated - but it's good to know it's available if needed.

It's much easier to do via Jont/Achilles' script:

Apart from all the other features which make using the message-board so much pleasenter (many of us wouldn't be without it).
