The advantages of the Borsetshire planning system.

    If Borsetshire has a different planning system to the rest of England, which the storyline of Brenda and Matt clearly implies, can the writers explain how it works?

    It's a bit confusing to the rest of us. Planning officers running appeals, discussions about impact being undertaken not in Inquiries, Hearings or in written statements, but at site inspections and no specialist planning consultants or lawyers being involved. Most cofusing. I hope listners don't think this is how it works in real life. They will get quite a shock.
