Bring back a Gabriel!
I don't know how long Owen's current plotline is scheduled for, but these trials do tend to drag out... I'm sure Kathy will be assigned a "Family liason officer", so please, please let's consider Nelson's daughter..! It'd be fab to have some reminiscences of the stories she heard about him.

That's a lovely idea but don't you think it would be pushing coincidence a bit far?

Coincidence? In the Archers? Never.
At least remind us, Mister K., what force was she attached to when we last heard of her?

It just occurred to me that it might not be coincidence anyway; she could be picked specifically because she /does/ have an Ambridge connection, albeit tenuous.

Wasn't it Kathy who had a fling with a policeman, we could bring him in the story too.

Ooooh, yes. Let's have Owen being interviewed by Superintendent David Barry.
