"Ian is preparing his signature dish for you."
Now I'm curious. Venison? Lamb? Beef?
Has it been mentioned on the program before? I'm sure it was delicious, prepared & served by the man himself. Followed by his one of his famous cakes.
I hope Ian will be on again soon. He's been greatly missed. Good to know he's still around though.

In his interview, he said puddings were his speciality, and his 'white chocolate' pudding was 'to die for'. Not my taste, but there you go...
Turkey.

Casserole?

Maybe, VH. Or curry. Or fricasée. Or possibly even a daring variation on spag bol.

No, Eliza.
After the "Brookfield, Heathers special, celebration going-away meal", we all know now that Spag Bol is the sort of speciality, skilled, Heston Blumental-type creation that Ian may aspire to in the future, when he's got a little more experience behind him.
Fair point, Carrick. He'll also need to travel to Italy, grow his own cow, make his own spaghetti and do complicated stuff with olive oil and dry ice.

Oh yes, dry ice.
I can't do without it.
Balsamic vinegar is so last year.

We know he rates TOM ARCHER SAUSAGES, so Toad-in-the-hole imo.

I've been enjoying "Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares". Maybe it should come to GG. Or indeed Jaxx, The Bull or LL.

That's a /very/ unkind characterisation of Adam.
I wonder if his signature dish contains squid ink.

Chocolate Fountain Pen
Dark chocolate would be better.
If it was summer, he'd be making strawberry souffle.
Other specialities include shepherd's pie, warm salad, coq eau vin, smoothies, flapjacks & icecream cake. He made spag bol for Peggy earlier.
