Ed taking George to France - before/after he knew?

  Was the plan to sweep George away from Will to France being hatched before or after he knew that he wasn't George's father?
  
  My recollection is that the plan certainly continued after the truth was known, even if it wasn't started then?
  
  Is there anywhere to trace old plotlines?

  The old synopses are all online, but you have to know when something happened, at least approximately, so that you can check them out. Otherwise it'd take an enormous amount of time.

  "Sunday 20th November 2005
  Emma persuades Ed to use his parents' phone to call France to see if he can start his job early. He's very nervous. But they don't want him any sooner. Emma is very disappointed but Ed didn't want to put them off by pushing any more. She can't stand it anymore and she is not going to let Will see George again. Then she decided they should leave for France anyway - get something temporary. She wants to just go and Ed finally agrees. "
  
  "Tuesday 22nd November
  Ed has got the train tickets from Dover for next Wednesday. It's going to be hard to keep it all a secret. Ed is still very unsure about everything - at least he'd want to tell Oliver but Emma is adamant he shouldn't. Ed doesn't think she is being fair to Oliver but Emma doesn't think she can trust him - he would at least tell Caroline and she'd never stand by and let them take George out of the country. Emma tries to convince him they are doing the right thing. Even though it's not going to be easy. They have no choice.
  Emma and Ed begin to start their preparations for leaving. Emma still doesn't want to let Will see George but she realises that now isn't the time to start being difficult. They don't want him turning up unexpectedly. So she arranges to see him tomorrow afternoon. "

  Ed explains to Emma that he has had a call from Natalie. They have gone back on their job offer because someone rang to say that he had been less than honest about his personal situation and was taking George abroad illegally; they did not want to get involved. Ed's inclination is to give Will the biggest kicking he has ever had but Emma, talking sense for a change, convinces him that that would be playing into William's hands. They cannot go to France; they must stay here. "
