Sorry to say I've missed out on knowing who is Rachel as in talking to The Vicar. Who is she please?
The Archdeacon, Alan's boss.
I think that's the third time that question has been asked in N&Q in the last week. It may yet replace 'how did Shula and Kenton get their names?'.
Sorry Kevin, you look new, 'how did Shula and Kenton get their names?' is considered to be the most frequently asked question here.
Thanks Reggie I'm sorry for asking that question again. But now i'm on the messageboard i've studied it a bit more. thanks again.

No need to apologise kevin, this place takes a bit of getting used to at first but you'll soon get the hang of it. Welcome aboard. BB
Yes, absolutely no reason for you to apologise Kevin. I should apologise to you for being so sharp in my reply. You'll soon learn to scroll down a couple of pages to see if the subject you want to raise has beeen broached recently.
It would be useful to have a 'search' facility for things like this but I've no idea how it could be done.

If you press CRTL together with F, a search box comes up (on my browser) and if you put in a keyword, e.g. Rachel it will search for you.
To make this take less time, you can increase the size of a thread page (i.e. the page with the thread titles and the first 40 characters of the post) by adding
&show-200
which will then show 200 posts for the search to chose from, instead of 25.
