Sorry if this has been asked - could not find a search function inside the forum.
Can Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú consider offering an omnibus podcast rather than the brief daily episodes? That way I can listen without the annoying breaks.
Thanks

Why can't we have the omnibus edition on a podcast?

Because we don't make the omnibus available as a podcast.
Seriously, though, you're not the only person to have mentioned this, and I have made the suggestion to my colleagues. Making a podcast does take staff effort and time, however, and it might be felt that as the week's episode are available in daily form that it would be difficult to justify. I know this is not necessarily very convenient for people taking two week holidays.

Subsequent to that, we are hoping to make the omnibus available as a podcast and some internal discussions are, as they say, "ongoing" on this very subject.
Thats great news but to answer the comment...
I never (well almost never) listen to the daily episodes - I simply haven't got the oppotunity. Instead I always record the sunday omnibus and listen to this (initally on cassette but these days on ipod after converting radio recorded mp2 files) when travelling to work. I cannot believe I am exceptional
It is however tedious to do the convertions. If I download the podcasts on a daily basis then they have breaks in the story flow etc and do not always follow in sequence (depending how they were loaded)
Thanks anyway.
