Have never heard them mention anything about their family?
Come to think of it I've never heard Froida mention anything. I think she should have a speaking part no more silent for Froida please!!!

Bert has a son (Trevor) and one or more grandchildren. This was mentioned when one of the Brookfield offspring (probably Pip) grizzled as a baby but calmed down as soon as Bert took her in his arms demonstrating what a brillant (grand) parent he is.
