Keri,
Yesterday there was a brief discussion about the Daily Telegraph article which appeared to use contributions from the MBs without any aknowledgement:
I'd be curious to know what the position is.
Thanks, OL
Point of detail: I think it's the Sunday Tele, of 13.4.08:
Oops - I only saw the online version, which was dated 14th, i.e. yesterday.
Anyway, the answer to the question is...?
Thanks Keri - I did see your post. However, I was curious about the broader implications - can anyone just come in and lift stuff off? Well obviously they can, but are they legally entitled to? The stuff in the Telegraph article was fairly short/chatty, but some of the posters - e.g. VickyS, Mr Snowy, etc. - put a lot of work into their contributions and I doubt they'd be best pleased...
