  Promise I'm not a stalker,I won't go and check her recycling bin to see how much wine she gets through in a week, but where does Annabelle live please?

  Good point Vicky, I wondered exactly the same thing myself. She's never been identified as an Ambridge resident or taken part in any village activities - visiting the shop or the Bull (except maybe after a meeting with Matt). So what's she doing training in the same area as Usha? I've always had her down as an urban girl - Borchester or Felpersham

  She is so fit (in the traditional sense of the word) that a 20 mile run based on one of those towns is nothing.

  Try as he might, Matt cannot persuade Annabelle to have lunch but he is more successful about dinner - tonight - especially when she learns that the venue will be Henri's, though she doubts that Matt will get in without booking well in advance.

  Annabelle makes a special call at Matt’s office to congratulate him, praising his handling of the situation. Matt acknowledges that it was Annabelle who made him take the threat seriously, and invites her to lunch. She’s too busy for lunch, but is easily persuaded to have dinner with him. She wants to get changed first though and when Matt suggests they make it an occasion, Annabelle doesn’t hesitate.

  This suggests to me that she lives nearby, since she went home to change, before going to the restaurant on the bypass..

  I hardly need to add anything but although we haven't specified on air, Annabelle must live near, but not in, Ambridge.
