Missing the unmissable

  What is happening with Listen again? Tried to listen to the Omnibus edition yesterday and today (Monday and Tuesday) only to have a message saying that the edition of 28th Dec has expired. Of course it has, it should be 4th January edition. Tried to listen to last Friday's edition (2nd jan) and are given Thursday's.
  Does anyone ever check that the content is there and correct?

  I'm sorry about this. It's an unexpected fault which we are trying to fix. I've had this bulletin about it:

  ISSUE: Most content on PCiPlayer not available since yesterday evening.
  
  START and END DATE/TIME: 07/01/2009 9pm
  
  USER IMPACT: PCiPlayer users will be unable to view most content delivered since yesterday evening.
  
  TECHNICAL IMPACT: Not known at this time
  
  INITIAL DIAGNOSIS: Schedule listings show "Coming soon", and the item page itself reports "Item is not available to play yet - we are working on this and we hope to have it here shortly."
