With the worst snowfall throughout the country since about 1991 will there be a topical insert with a reference to the snow in tonights episode?

We'll find out in a couple of hours time.
If today was a TA recording day then there probably wll be an insert. I guess there would probably already be a few of the cast in the area so it would be fairly easy to slip one in. But we will have to wait!
I hope this won't be counted as a spoiler.
We've had a full day script meeting today (fewer people than usual round the table because of that very weather). So although we didn't have the spare resources to do an actual topical insert scene, we were able to do a sort of "negative" topical, in that we were able to cut out material from the programme that would have seemed inconguous given the snow.

I hope this will calm the inexplicable desire that some have for a topical insert!!

Perhaps we could have a tropical insert instead. How would that go?

Any chance of us knowing what was cut out Mr K? Just as a matter of interest. You could post it on one of the spoiler threads in The Bull Upstairs if it might constitute a spoiler.
Just as long as it wasn't Kirsty sitting outside in the sunshine being told by Kenton the reason Sam dumped her, Mr. K. sir!

It was a discussion of Usha's plans for a run.

It was a good meaty episode, anyway. It didn't feel at all cut.
TA may have problems if the snow goes on for a week or so...
That said, most people here (S W London) appear to be trying to go to work today.

Arf arf! Oh, you do make me larf, Sabbers.
I agree with Jennet that it was an exceedingly good episode, and certainly didn't feel as though it had been tinkered with at the last minute for a topical excision.

Thanks, Badgey.
I notice that Mine Host never ever rises to any bait-like questions about why-oh-why more people in Ambridge couldn't have found out about the affair.

It's my dearest hope that the reason for this is that no one is allowed to post plot spoilers in here....

Oh, if only, Badgey.
I could almost turn religious (I said *almost*) if I thought that praying for it could make it happen.
