    1. Ian shown as "married" on the tree but "civil partnership" on character profile pages.

    2. No sign of Matt Crawford, a major character
    even though he is by now a long-term partner of Lillian. Unmarried transient partners get to be shown just because they have fathered children (Adam's father) but then Ruairi isn't there either.

    What are the rules for inclusion and for relationship description?

    The rule is, they put it up before it was checked as accurate (Lilian was originally shown as married to Matt, just one mistake) and you take it all with a huge pinch of cynicism.

    We've managed to refine and correct it considerably, recently, but you are right that Ruairi should be there. I'll address that.

    However, it is a family tree rather than a relationship diagram, so simply living together wouldn't be reflected unless there was a child of the union.
