The Alternative Missing Podcast Thread

  Hi,
  Could someone in the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú tell me (us) what is being done to rectify the late publication of podcasts?
  Most recently, the Friday podcast went AWOL and finally was successfully published on the following Wednesday lunchtime which was clearly unacceptable.
  
  Might I ask that this thread be kept solely for a reply from someone in authority at the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú?

  I've tried all the various conduits that deal with comment or complaint that are publically available with a singular lack of success.
  It just seems that no one is prepared to step up and deal with the problem or give a rational explanation of what is happening or is planned.
  And Keri, you knew about the last podcast failure on the Saturday and you told us that you had alerted the people that need to know and it was still 4 days later that it was finally resolved.
  Now if you say that here is not the forum, and the complaints system does not work, then where else is there?
  Maybe Ofcom is the way to go, thanks anyway for the reply!!

  Well Keri, I finally got the HEAD OF..... (whose area of responsibility the Archers podcast it is) email address today, so in future will not require the services of this board.
  And the complaints system by email or phone, I can atest does not work. That is a shame!!
