Been out and about a bit lately, so have some catching up to do on TA. So why isn't Monday's epi available? All the rest are, but Monday's seems to have been quite important - certainly generated quite a lot of excitement on DTA. So, Mr. Keri, can you fix it please?
See my explanation (and link) in the 'Problems with iPlayer' thread.

You mean the link which takes you to "The webpage cannot be found"?

If that's what's happening, there is something wrong with your setup, as it works perfectly for me. Either your browser's cache or cookies are causing a problem, or your - or your ISP's - firewall. Or maybe something else. But the problem doesn't seem to be with the Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú site - the episode is perfectly available to me.
Hope you can get your problem fixed soon.

Well, it seems I can get through to pretty well any of the other re-runs, just not Monday's. Not sure I'm set up for podcasting - all this damned technology! - but the iPlayer works fine; except for that one ruddy epi!
Did you try the link I provided in message 140 of the other thread?
Here it is again:
I've checked it just now and it's working fine. Hope it works for you.

It still brings up "The Archers: 06/04/2009 is unavailable at this time" I'm afraid.

Then it must be a problem with your setup. I've just tested the link in message 6 on this thread, and it's still working for me. I don't know why your setup would block one day's transmission but not others.
I would recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies for bbc.co.uk and try again.

You don't need to be set up for podcasting, GT49er. This is the mistake I made when it was first introduced - I assumed you had to download the broadcasts using special software and listen to them on an MP3 player, whereas in fact you don't have to use any special software at all and you can listen to it on your PC just like using Listen Again/iplayer.
All you need to do is click on the link saying Download Episode immediately after the episode you want to hear and if you have a good enough broadband connection you can hear it instantly. If your connection is a bit dodgy, save to your hard drive and listen from that using whatever media player you have installed on your computer. Really easy.
You only need to worry about software if you want to receive the podcast automatically, which is something I haven't tried.
I generally listen to the Archers via my laptop but practically every time I click on the 'catch up' link I get the message 'sorry this doesn't seem to be working'. I usually try several times and then resort to reading the synopsis. It's the same with other programmes I enjoy listening to and all since the new website came into action.

Try listening via the iPlayer page, as linked in my message 6. I just tried Friday's episode, which played fine.
