Hello! A group of Mustardlanders will be meeting at The Mailbox in Birmingham on Friday, 10th June. I'm not sure yet of the time ~ possibly 2pm.
Might it be possible for us to have permission to visit the area where The Archers is produced whilst we're there??
Please refer to the "Birmingham Meet" thread in The Bull, begun by Jane C.
Many thanks ~ Misty x

Sorry-sorry, clearly I posted with my brain only partially in-gear ...
Anyway, I do hope that we get a positive response from "The Powers that Be"

When I went to the Mailbox approx 3 years ago, any old member of the public could wander around and peer into the recording studio and the rooms where I assume midlands news is made. There was even a computer outside switched to ML - I really wanted to post 'on the spot' but I'd forgotton my login details!
There are (or were) some info boards and exhibits about TA, and of course a Â鶹¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³Èë¿Ú shop for tea towels, mugs, Mr Keri's book and the like.......
I think for a more formal look round you would need to speak to speak to Someone Important.
[If you do see Mr Keri send our best wishes!]
