Someone said in DTA that Brenda had been discussing the Vicky situation with Pat. Did we hear this on air? I can't remember hearing Pat for ages. I have looked through the synopses for the last few weeks and can't see any mention of Pat. Hope someone can enlighten me.

Yes, on air Brenda said to Pat that Vicky's dress made her breasts look like "2 jellies on a shelf."
Oh thanks Rosie. It's bugging me that I can't remember this conversation; maybe I didn't look far back enough in my synopsis-search.

# Pat asks Brenda if she'd be willing to give some occasional help with marketing the Bridge Farm brand now that she's family, and that's the image they want to present. Brenda's delighted. She sounds off to Pat about Vicky's taste in both wedding outfits and breakfast crockery; Pat gently reminds her that Vicky is probably very good for Mike.
# Roy takes pity on Brenda's low income status, and pays more than his share of the wedding present. He doesn't make her feel any better when he tells her James Bellamy is staying at Grey Gables. When Brenda starts to criticise Vicky and her taste yet again, Roy takes her to task; she has no right to upset Mike.
Oh yes, it's all coming back to me; thanks again Rosie. (For some reason I thought I'd read about it longer than a week ago in DTA, so I was looking too far back in the synopses).
