What became of the building used as the "Cat and Fiddle"?
Matt developed it into flats for sale.
Lynda was involved with it as a listed building or suchlike.
I seem to recall she was particularly interested in the bannisters. But I can't remember if she saved them.
The Cat and Fiddle changed from being a haunt of undesirables to a sort of gastro pub in a very short time.
Then just as suddenly it closed.

Didn't she also involve Griff Rhys-Jones, who was doing some kind of 'let's save a building' prog on TV at the time?
What were the names of the gay couple who ran the Cat and Fiddle as a gastropub?

The speaking cricket-player (also good at interior decoration) was Sean. Peter was his (largely or always? silent) partner.
They moved to Cornwall, and at this point they merge in my mind with the fish restaurant man, Rick Stein. Rosie will know the details.
