Hello cherrytree, Jim lives at Blossom Hill Cottage.
You can check this sort of detail by clicking on the 'Character's' link on the left of the page.

Thank you. You see I had looked it up, was sure that it wasn't Blossom Hill so needed further advice. So quick as well!

Crikey, has he moved? I thought he'd bought Usha's cottage and had bookcases fitted. So, who used to live at Green Acres then?
Sorry both, I've obviously missed a vital episode ... I rely on the stuff on this site to keep up to speed with this sort of detail. It's a bit rubbish if they can't keep it up to date.

I have a feeling Greenacres is the firebombed and rebuilt police house where Christine lived. But I may be wrong because she must have moved if I'm right and I'm not sure where she lives now.

Didn't Christine buy a cottage from David and Ruth? Was it the one Bert and Freda used to live in before they moved to the bungalow?
(I just checked Christine's character listing and that says she lives in Woodbine Cottage. But I can't be sure she hasn't moved half a dozen times since that was last "updated").
Yes, Greenacres is the bungalow built on the site of the old Police House. Jim moved there from Usha's Blossom Hill Cottage. The Roman themed party was his house-warming party.
Christine bought Woodbine from David & Ruth after she was widowed. She felt she couldn't move into a place that was being planned for her and George and sold the newly built bungalow to some unnamed person.

Thanks for that explanation spoilerfan. I don't know how I missed Jim buying the bungalow .... must have tuned out for a while. It would be nice if they'd update the site to include this.
bungalow? didnt jim go upstairs to practise hos poeom. are you sure its a bungalow
Actually I am not sure about it being a bungalow, now you mention it.
I know Christine and George discussed having a bungalow built, but that doesn't mean to say that's what was finally erected.

Crikey, you wouldn't believe how confused I am now!
I'll just throw up my hands and learn to live with not having a clue about where Jim lives, if it's a bungalow or house, or what it's called. And I'll never, ever, click on the characters details here again. My brain has got better and more important things to deal with.
