A sudden death like Sid's requires a post mortem or inquest. How come they didn't have one for Phil who also died suddenly?

We don't know that they didn't though,it was never refered to on air,but he could have had one and no-one mentioned it-after all,if I'm not mistaken,we were never told his cause of death either.
Tayler said that Phil had been to the doc fairly recently before he died, so no PM needed.
Sid died in NZ. The law may be different there or he may not have been to the doc recently or because he was in NZ his medical records may not have been available so a PM was necessary.
It was a clear case of SWicide.
Actually, that is entirely wrong as in icide it is the who dies.
A man lay down beside a sewer, and beside that sewer he died
At the coroner's inquest they called it sewercide
MIke - still snorkworthy even if grammatically inaccurate!
His death was so unexpected he's still in the Who's Who.
Is Alan Deveriuex (?) Ok? Why has he been written out?
He was ill, now he's retired, Drsdaughter.
(and it's Devereux, in answer to your(?) )
But some people stay in the Who's Who for ages after they've died.
